My R had "Comforser" tyres on it when I bought it. They are a cheap tyre. I found the grip OK for normal driving. The main issue was that I got a shudder through the steering wheel at any speed which really annoyed me. I was told it was the tyres. So a perfect excuse the ditch the cheap tyres. I...
R discs aren't that expensive for a performance car. Labour should not cost too much to fit them either.

You've had some awful luck. 1/ Did you leave the car in the hot sun every day? 2/ Who is your mechanic? I reckon a lot of problems with these cars are misdiagnosis leading to work getting done unnecessarily. 3/ Is yours a 156 or 200 HP version? 4/ The roof arches can be restored. My car came...
There's 2 black R's for sale in Oz at the moment. This one https://www.carsales.com.au/cars/details/2014-peugeot-rcz-r-manual-my14/OAG-AD-19399008/?Cr=0 has done 10,000 klm and asking 70,000 AUD. Wow. It will struggle to sell it for that price since that was what they were brand new.
It's only 2 steps. 1/ remove stains with polish compound. 2/ wipe with Aerospace 303 or equivalent.
Step one could take quite some time and elbow grease. Be patient. Step 2 takes 30 seconds.
The mild compound I used was Meguiars Ultimate Compound. It's a good product. It's idiot proof on paint as well with an orbital polisher and foam pads.
YES! I bought an R a few months ago with bad UV and water spot stains. An excellent detailer told me to remove it, not cover it. I started with a mild cut which worked but would have taken all day. Then I added super heavy cut to the mild cut to speed things along. Depending on the polish, you...
Hi and welcome. Nice story. Fellow RCZ owner here from Oz. Lucky enough to pick up a lovely R a few months ago. I've had a couple of false alarms with the "STOP" light on the dash coming on. No big deal. I've got a very experienced Pug mechanic. It's just "one of those things" and we cleared...
