Well I started my preparations of Ruby on Sunday for the Meet. I'm doing it in stages rather than all in one go, as and when time allows.

Started with fully decontaminating the whole car and the the first stage of machine polishing to get rid of some light swirls on the bonnet, boot, front and rear bumpers. Sides untouched at the moment. This will then be followed by a second stage polish for the shine.

Does anyone fancy setting up some meeting points along the way for those driving on the day?

Ill be leaving Peterborough around 8.30 (Didnt manage to get a hotel ) And it will be the A1 pretty much all the way.

Did you try the one we're staying in at Kirby Moorside? We're there Friday night too. Think it'll only be 20mins max to the pub on Saturday :dance:

seriously though.....I hear ya..... probably £100 fuel, £150 accomodation....then food and drink. Sure it'll be worth it though!
