just would like to hear you reply to this ,
this week I went to my local DVLA office in Leeds to put my hubby's private plate on his motorbike , park my beautiful RCZ where there was no cars. I could see her though the Class windows of the offices , myself and My daughter (19 years old )waited in line . Then a guy came in to the car park and park next to me in a small car which look like it had never been clean all its life and was holding together with tape , he open the door as wide as it would go and how he miss my car I don't know , both myself and daughter send together ,OMG  I just closed my eyes . soooo Glad it wasn't windy that day  he must had been just a ins off.
Then he look around his car , and open the car again just missing my door again to get back in ,he came out of the car again with lots of files and papers , he then turned and put all the files on the back of my car   so he could lock his door , by this time I couldn't feel my legs I was so MAD  I was call to the desk, and was dealing with my paperwork when he did this , I ran and I knock on the glass window at him , but the lady serving me said he wouldn't see of hear me , as it was special Glass .
He was coming into the office ,I was so mad , I wanted to rip his head off , but my Daughter asked me not to make a seen :eusa-shhh:and not to say anything to him

so I'm just wondering I'm I over protective with my RCZ , what would you have done or said !!!

I would definitely have said something to him. It really makes my blood boil when people have no respect for other people's things.

Something similar happened to me a couple of years ago. One time a guy was cleaning out his car and had taken out the parcel shelf and had it propped up against my car. Boy did I give him what for. "it's not doing any harm he said". What if the blooming thing had blown over and scratched my car, what then. I don't know how you kept calm.

"would you of said anything", no, but my actions would of said a thousands words !

His files would of been shoved up his own filing cabinet.

As Sensen rightly says, sometimes the hard way is the only way.
Being diplomatic dont work with some people, theres always one who thinks they can say or do what they like !!!!!!

Not my RCZ but a moron fat young lady who was pushing her supermarket shopping cart to her car, after uploading the groceries, she just kicked the trolley next to the empty space besides her car, and my car was just besides that empty space.

Her Car | Empty Parking Space | My Car

I was walking to my car, and saw this lady kicking the trolley...she just kicked and kicked and kicked...too lady to even use her hand to push the trolley nicely into the space. The trolley gets very near to my car and I saw her still kicking! I shouted to her immediately and she immediately stopped the action. However, the trolley continue to move and BANG into my car! She was shocked to see the owner of the car she just hit into was next to her. That lady mother pretended to scold that young lady and the young lady quickly went into her car.

If I wasn't approaching my car during her kicking action, the trolley would have BANG much harder to my Toyota! It is not about the car, but the attitude of people who don't care about others and so selfishly thinking!!!

I don't have a daughter, but just if someone asked me not to make a seen, it sure becomes a seen. I think he'd better started to number his teeth instead of placing the papers on to my car.

In this sort of scenario, I usually do the following, depending on what I feel is the severity of the "Wrongness" done to me:

1) Bend his Driver's Mirror In
2) Bend his Passenger's Mirror in
3) Bend both Mirrors in
4) Let the air out of one Tyre
5) Let the air out of two Tyres.

For this example, it would have been a number 2) and a number 4).

Bananna left up the offending exhaust would be interesting. Also one of your 5 a day if no offenders are seen!

I had a big blue van park too close to me at the gym. So close that I actually couldn't get in the door of my car. A fellow gym member recommended I climb over the passenger seat but I thought no, I was in a dress and I was not about to try and scramble across my var because some idiot coudn't park properly. So I went into the gym armed with his number plate and had an announcement put out so he had to stop his muscle man workout.

He came over and looked at me and said "are you sure you can't get in?"...of course I could I was standing there for the pure fun of it! He moved his van to let me in and I almost run him over as he walked in front of the car as I pulled out the space.

Needless to say he gets constant dirty looks whenever I see him around the gym and he has never parked next to me again :)
