Hello,

My current winter tyres are 6 years old and I am looking for new tyres.

I found great priced tyres from manufacturer Syron.

Link to official website of tyres:
http://www.syron.eu/en/passenger-winter-tire/

Link of actual sellers for the Syron Everest 1 plus (235 40 R19 96W)

https://geizhals.eu/syron-everest-1-plu ... pl&hloc=uk

Does anybody have any experience with this company?

I am currently rocking Michelin Pilot Sport 4S (235 40 R19) they are super great but the problem is that Winter tyres from Michelin the "Pilot Alpin" are absurdly priced at over 200 euros per tyre.

I would be very grateful for any advice.

Re: Winter Tyres - Syron Everest 1 Plus .... are they any go

Even the worst winter tyres are miles better then best summer tyres when driving in winter.
So basically it is down to your driving preferences. If you do not drive a lot during winter, you can go with some cheap winter tyres. If you need your car on a daily basis and you have to plough thru snow on your way to work, day by day, then maybe investing into a more sophisticated tyre would be the wiser and safer choice.
You don't need to go for Michelin's winter tyres. Goodyear, Conti, Bridgestone, Fulda and Avon are great as well.
