I am getting a nearly new RCZ (6 month old) and now it's a choice between a white one with black roof arches and wheels or Mercury Grey with chrome/aluminium trim. Which should I go for?
Well i can only speak from my own Z which is Mercury Grey GT 200 or should i say 220 now. Check my posts for pics and which ever you get i`m sure you`ll love as much as we all do. Only downside of white is the constant washing and polishing lol
As per my sig, I have the grey with black arches, so like bigmac says I'd rather have that option, but given the choice you have I'd have to go for the white + black arches. Think the contrast looks better than grey + silver.
But in the end its what floats your boat. Nobody here can make that call for you.
Either choice will not be wrong in the end.
Just had a look a couple of days ago at a white rczr with black roof arches Bigbob. I compared the car to my blue rcz with metal arches and came to the conclusion that the white car looked more feminine and the arches looked a backward step. If you are not really sure which to go for, maybe neither will meet your needs. I don't know if you've looked at all colour combo's including wheels, but if you haven't then that would be a smart move. Good luck with whatever you decide.
Regarding roof arches color, I feel that they should contrast with the roof color to do this design feature justice.
This is why my recommendation would be to go for the aluminium.
I still like my choice.
I've got the black arches on my Moroccan Red and they do look pretty good. I have seen both combinations you are considering, and I agree with most of the comments above, it is a personal choice.
