Where can I find a replacement frost/ core plug??

Hi,
Can someone advise where I can locate a replacement frost/core plug for my RCZ R?....... as I have had the exact same scenario occur on mine (previously misdiagnosed) as the video below demonstrates.

Ive checked with my local Peugeot garage and they had stated this plug is not sold separately.

Would appreciate any help in sourcing this 16mm core plug or if anyone had the same issue.

Never heard of that issue but have heard of some having head gasket issues which this could be mistaken for
