Hi guys and gals. Planning on changing the oil on my Z every 6 months. What oil are you using ?? Any preferences

Driven LS30, amazing thermo stability, my oil pressure stay roughly the same between 90F - 120F.

Its either Total Quartz 0w30 or 5w30 fully synthetic.
