What do you like BEST about the new RCZ?

I totally agree with your comments MaX83. It has to be remembered that the RCZ is NOT a sports car nor is it a racing car. It is however quick enough for the average motorists. As you say it has the looks. Lets be honest a car is like a woman. If you like what you see, then you want to get to know her and see if you like the person. We see a stunning looking RCZ and book a test drive. The ride is fun filled and exciting, the interior is pleasing and not the norm. The running costs are quite acceptable on the pocket too. So we part with our hard earned cash having seen it, driven it and realising that it is well worth the money. In my own case the best car by far that I have ever owned. I can't see why you too won't feel the same way about this car as I and many others on here do

I have to agree. I love driving the RCZ on twisty country roads. It sticks to the road like glue and maintains an almost perfect flat ride through bends. It's also a very comfortable cruiser on a motorway and just wafts along. For me at least, it is the perfect car. It fits my needs. I don't need back seats. I don't need a large boot. Basically, this is my fun car. OH has the practical car (well someone's got to ;) ). Hence my decision to buy another. For me, there was no other car to have. Nothing that stirred my soul, like the RCZ does :)

Sat having lunch in a tea room the other day, a gentlemen walked up to me and said " my wife loves your car. She thinks it's gorgeous". How many other cars on the road generate that kind of response from total strangers? It speaks for itself.

I have to disagree............... RCZ1 good luck with your new car when it comes and also anyone else thats got one or one on order  I could never get another rcz even with the options i want, I could but wont for several reasons. The grey interior is really getting on my wick now its soooooooooooo grey just like the sky in Aberdeen :lol:A 1/3 of the interior plastics are cheap and nasty  The driving position is crap, long arms short legs doesnt suit my 6.0ft frame, its boring to drive flat unsupportive seats/crap leather, not enough feel in the steering the Type R and the new Focus ST Show how its done even a normal focus has better steering, the dashboard is of the old school design 308  its only now that i scunner with it 21 months down the line i dont even wash it :( only when required once every 3 weeks thats not like me i used to wah my cars 3 times a week even in the dark

AND i get all them oh thats a nice looking car WHAT SIZE OF ENGINE HAS IT GOT is it nice to drive queries  but these folk dont drive it or live with it i do :( I love this forum cracking place it is far better than the car  Please dont take this personally ALL MEMBERS its only my opinion AFTER nearly 2 years with a 156 gt rcz :)

Get real mate seriously if you dont like the fact that there are people who like and LOVE RCZ, dont comment. This is the RCZ forum you know... can i maybe help with a few links to VW\Audi\Ford ST\Honda forums?

Why do you still even drive a RCZ? If you cant get good trade for it let me know, we can look into some kind of fundraiser to help you get yours solf IF you promise to stop trolling RCZ owners? I appreciate you knowledge of the car and the brand but your attitude to other owners suck...

Jassy, you've tried the RCZ and it's obviously not the car for you. You obviously can't get a comfortable driving position and other things are spoiling the car for you, which is a shame. I know you want more power so I am interested to know which car you are getting. I look forward to seeing some pics when you get it. I hope it turns out to be the car you want it to be :)

Well if the heating system is as good on the 2013 model as it is on mine, then I suspect many people will appreciate it. I have never had a car than gives out heat as quickly as my Z does

Said it before when the RCZ first came out, the nose should have looked completely different from the rest of the Peugeot range of cars.

Glad they have done that now and I think the new nose looks great, and looking forward to collecting mine of the 1st of March.

Totally agree with you.

Has your date of 1st March delivery been confirmed ?

I'll keep it simple.
Not enough of a change to go spend another £25k on a pug.
It looks the bloody same as the old one, apart from a pair of shiny DLR's , and even they look a little "Ebay'ish".

The designers just bottled it and thought "lets stay safe".

They couldn't even take the hints of many previous owners and done some minor changes inside, like replace that awful plastic on the doors and lower dash.
As I and many others have previously suggested, some simple changes would of gone a long way, like an auto fuel cap & boot release, or have the spoiler close on locking the doors.

Not asking for a completely different looking Z, just some SIMPLE changes to please the eye and to make it a tad more practical. In my opinion it just needs a bit more to be called a "new face lifted model".

The more I think about this, the more I think we must be wrong and there are other little changes on the new model compared to the old that will surprise us.
It cant just be that tiny change to the nose and some blingy Ebay lights. Surely not. :eusa-think:

I did try to keep it simple honest.

Yes RCZ1 the date has been confirmed, they will call for the car next week, then it will be off to be detailed, I'm just hoping I don't have to go back to sea before the end of the month which could be a problem !

I'm sure they will look after it for 2 months, just means it will be in the showroom, otherwise i will have to trust the girlfriend to pick it up ! :eusa-think:

I think they have replaced the plastic on the doors and around the gear stick with the leather look as used on the dash

That's good because it really does cheapen the inside.

I didn't notice how bad it was until a few days after I bought the car

It's a bit like when you go to view the "show house" on a new development, you're a bit taken in by the freshly cut lawn outside and the smell of new paint inside, so you miss the shabby carpentry on the door frames. :?
