Can anyone tell me what the black plastic parts that come down just in front of the front wheels are? (circled in red in the pic)

Snapped one off earlier dropping down a steeper than expected curb :thumbdown:

There just mini mudflaps, keeps dirt ect from bodywork and engine bay ;)

Didn't think they'd serve much of a purpose, I'll see if the car gets any dirtier on that side... :D

They look very similar to the front strakes on the S2000, if they are the same, i understand they are to assist air to be forced onto the front brakes to help cooling:) HTH :thumbup:

I would imagine they are to deflect airflow around the wheels as apposed to onto the wheels. Apparently the rotating wheels create alot of drag.

This is most likely the case yes.
