As the title............today I finally sold the most beuatiful car I've ever owned. For those of you who read my earlier posts you will know that I've been made redundaunt so the car had to go............booooo. All I will say (in case the Mrs is listening ) is that this is the most money I've ever dropped on a car. I wont tell you how much but the last 6 months of fun have cost me £7 per mile in depreciation £10 per mile if you count fuel tax & insurance.

Be warned people that beautiful cars like beautiful women are a great experience but cost a fortune. Great for a brief affair but impossible to afford to live with. Really I'm not at all bitter but my wallet really REALLY hurts

I was sorry to hear that you were having to sell your car, but to take a hit like that is a poison pill  I know all about depreciation as I lost £30,000 in a three year period. I held onto a former car too long and ended up spending more to keep it running than ever it was worth. I vowed to myself, never again. Unfortunately only keeping a car for a maximum of two years proved expensive too. So I some how need to find a balance.
I love Pearl2 to bits and she is now a year old. I have no current plans to trade her in, but who knows what is around the corner.

Well I suppose, like all love affairs, it's bittersweet. They do say it's better to have loved and lost.......

I hope there is some better luck on the horizon for you.

Best wishes :)
