Some horrible weather all around the country at the moment so I hope all forum members are keeping safe and that the worst of the weather is avoiding you.

It was only 5 years ago that our local area was flooded. Luckily we were fortunate and escaped it but the street around the corner and most of our village were flooded. It causes such devastation to families and upheaval for a long period of time.

Keep safe :)

It has been horrendous!! I attach a link to the strange scenes just about a mile and a half down the road from me. Part of the original fishing houses were engulfed by sea foam which looked like someone had dumped Guinness on the whole village!! I have never seen anything like it!! I'm glad my RCZ wasn't there!!

Stay safe everyone!!

I've just seen a picture of this on The One Show - quite an amazing sight - but not one that the majority would like to see in their part of the world.

This country is certainly suffering some phenomenal weather over the last few years, all linked to global warming. However being the UK it's typical that we don't get glorious, warm, sunny weather - it always turns out wet and wetter :(

It is absolutely awful, some of what I've seen on the telly box is just horrendous!

I'm off to Egypt next week to the Sultan Gardens. :) not sure where's worse with all s**t going on there to. Still at least it will be hot.

Have a great time in sunnier climes!! I'm sure things will calm down by the time you arrive!
