Water pump pulley change in situ? - 1.6 thp

Hey

Slight rattling noise from left hand side of engine (when looking from front) thought it was timing chain but came across a chunk missing off the water pump pulley, can the three bolts holding this be taken off (after tension is taken off) as it is without taking off engine mount and lowering it a bit? I did take off the front wheel and can see pretty much the tensioner and part of the pump pulley, looks quite tight to access from above?

I’ve just replaced the water pump in situ. It’s awkward but doable with a bit of patience
