In what sense? If they are noticeably corroding or something then yes they would be but this is at the discretion of your dealer and Peugeot.

Dealers discretion, some will some wont!
Sorry to be pedantic, however I do have a reputation to maintain  Surely all warranty work is carried out via the Peugeot UK dealer network and invoiced to Peugeot UK. So my thinking is that Peugeot UK would be the ones that decide what will and what will not be covered under warranty and the decisions would not be made on an ad hoc basis by the dealerships?

Well señor pedant, pretty certain that I already said that it was at their joint discretion (as the dealership do not have to take the concern even as far as to Peugeot). ;) You're right about the who pick up the tab though.

There is noticable bubbling on a couple of wheels, but one has had some refurb at one time or other?

Reading this I'm now thinking a used car? Warranty issues are definitely not treat equally with those of the original owner.

A warranty is transferable between ownership, therefore if there is warranty left on the car it should include the alloys.
It should not and does matter if you are a first owner or otherwise.

Obviously the damage must be through manufacture and not something like kirbing.

If a third party repair has been carried out before Peugeot have had chance to inspect and carry out work under warranty, then I think you would have lost your opportunity to make a claim under the warranty.

Never ever get a repair done, then try to make a warranty claim if that repair fails

Jactac I was thinking more down the route of customer service. If you took a disputable warranty claim back to the dealership that you had bought it from, then I feel that you are more likely to achieve a better outcome than one who hadn't bought it from them new. Clearly any warranty work would be done that was indisputable, I was thinking more the is it or isn't it covered issues

Mmm, I'm not so sure.
As you know I bought my Z from Marcus at Milton Keynes, but I have taken the car back under warranty a few times to my local dealer here in Swansea, and all was fine.

Maybe if you got the sales dept involved it would have a bit more "clout". However I think this would only be the case if, as you say you had a disputable claim.
Normal claims should be treated exactly the same for the "used" owner as the new owner.
