The Red Carbon edition was made across the range, so no, they aren't all 200's. They are also a limited edition, so not that easy to come by second hand. This also makes them that bit more expensive.

If you keep looking, you will find what you are after. I dropped on mine within a few months of looking, and I think from reading your requirements, my car is exactly what you are looking for, unfortunately, seeing as I only got it in August, it's not going anywhere unless I'm in it for the foreseeable :eusa-whistle:

I am sure the car you want will be out there, somewhere, but it might not be on the market just yet, and the longer you wait, the more Mk2's will drop into your budget, so the more chance one will have the nav pack & vision pack. Maybe even the black pack & bespoke leather interior, oh sorry that's mine again :D

Happy hunting

Cheers for that

I am very patient and looking at all the channels I know, Autotrader, eBay, Peugeot used cars, pistonheads, BCA and here. I'm not sure where else to look. Where did you find yours, privately or dealer or trade?

Found it via Google search.

Had to travel to Castle Donnington right next to East Midlands Airport to get it, a dealer chain called "Available Cars". They had got it directly from Peugeot UK who apparently get rid of their company vehicles @ 12K mileage.

They generally have a few Z's in. Think they have 3 depots.

They've currently got 3 mk2 200 GT's and one has nav on a 13 plate @ £15,699 but unfortunately no xenons.

I'm sure the right car will be found eventually.

Part of the fun is looking anyway, especially if there is no desperate need

I'm not sure exactly what you don't get with the R that you do get with the GT200, mainly because my 200 seems to have had every conceivable extra fitted, (it belonged to a Peugeot UK exec for its first 9 months) so I'm not sure what I would have got with just a standard GT200.

I don't think the R has electric seats, so no heated seats either, and the electric mirrors don't do the reversing thing. It has rear parking aid, but not front (GT200 has both) & of course it has the fixed rear spoiler, not the "active" one fitted to the rest of the range. but I'm sure someone on here will have a "standard" R and be able to say exactly what they come with.

I suppose a quick look on Pug's website would confirm what you do & don't get with both variants.

I asked the question to a Peugeot sales manager today about the R spec and he seemed to think that the R did have elec memory seats but may have changed during now, so not sure. I keep looking through Peugeots used car website but not really focused on the R so will have a look.
Actually the R can be ordered with two seat variants. The same leather seats found in all the other RCZ's and the new R specific seats. I'm then assuming all the "old" full leather seats are electric as they are the same ones used everwhere else but not the new ones, which is a shame cause they look better...

No, not long at all. As soon as we've collected it and I've had chance to clean it after the long drive home then I'll get some pics up. The dealer has offered to deliver foc but sadly not on a transporter hence why we're collecting.

I'm sure I'll have a few questions to ask soon.

That makes sense to what the dealer was trying to say. The R seats are very nice but as they are not elec memory then not as practical for us. It is soooo annoying when I get into the OH car and I can't get in without being a contortionist as she has the seat right forward and if the car is parked next to another car or the hedge then it's difficult to get the seat back before getting in. I've recently sold our toy, an SL500 that we both shared equally and it was far easier with the memory settings.
