Voice command isssues

I have recently bought an RCZ which is the voice command option. I press the control (push to talk) on the end of the steering mounted controls at the right of the steering column for 2 seconds but it just puts me to the address book rather than activating the voice recognition. Any ideas? am I not doing something I should?

problem solved. Its on the left hand lighting stalk.

Does every RCZ have this or do you have to have the big screen/satnav option?

It's on the NG4 option only.
