Vibrating Noise in the boot/exhaust area

Dear all,

I have just taken delivery of my wonderful Charcoal RCZ with quad exhausts....

When doing the following, there is a loud rattling noise that comes from the boot area:
- Pulling away from a junction in second gear
- Riding slowly over cobbles
- sitting at idle

I decided to take out the polystyrene holder in the boot (that hold the puncture kit stc) and the rattling noise stopped.

Although I think I have found the root of the problem, has anyone else had this and also, what remedies have you got for this? i am going to lay a small cloth/blanket of the polystyrene holder to lay on to see if this improves things....

Any thoughts/comments would be gratefully received

JB

everything in there should fit snuggly.. If however a maintainence chap from the garage has left things loose then they will rattle about!
