URGENT SAFETY RECALL

Hi all,
yesterday I received a email from the dealer I purchased my car saying the below.

I am contacting you regarding your Peugeot RCZ as Peugeot have informed us that your vehicle has a Safety Recall.

This campaign consists of carrying out the Engine Management Software Download.

If you could please get in touch by emailing myself or calling the Service team on to arrange a convenient appointment or contact your local Peugeot dealership and let them know your vehicle has a recall.

I have search on the Peugeot site on my account and found no request ETC about it, also the
internet but found no reference for this recall.

Has any other user here had such a email?

Mine was in a couple of weeks ago for something else and they carried out a software update then due to a recall.

Yes, it's a 2013 MKII.

Yes, it's a 2013 MKII.

Same year as mine , 156 THP . Not a word off them yet , comes in threes they say so that will be chain tensioner , rear end bump now a recall lol should have kept the VW eos .

Petrol, yes definitely.
Diesel, don't know.

Hmm, mine is a petrol 200GT from 2013 (63) I haven't heard anything either, but it is due a service in @ 5 weeks on its service plan, so when I book it in I will ask.

Mine went in (mk1) to dealers last weekend due to going into limp mode and running like a tank. Was expecting a large bill but returned to me all fixed and running better. The cure software recall update.
