Thought to update people on the noise incase anyone was wondering.
the problem has been fixed now it was and I quote 'Rear Silencers due to alignment issues of the exhaust system, exhaust system replaced'
it was pretty much due to the feline pack exhaust system my car came with that was not fitted correctly that caused the exhaust to make contact on the car which caused the vibrations. (which the head mechanic said these feline packed cars that were done at the unveiling of them to the dealer network and offered with the pack for free were done at coventry)
So far everything is good now since being fixed and was done free of charge considering I only had it for a day when it 1st started.
