Are there any strange noises or codes coming up?
As a couple of things you could check yourself that may have been disturbed during inlet cleaning;
Boost pipe not quite home again, should hear something tho like random whoosh release.
Vanos solenoid connector (standing at the bumper looking into the engine bay, rear left corner of the head), suggest checking this cold.
Injector plug not fully home.
Earthing nut (front of rocker cover under plastic cover, 6mm and 9nm, ie just a nip).
Could be a simple loose connection after the works being done, just getting lose enough through heat/vibration.
Best bet is to have it put on a diagnostics kit and checked over as quite a few things get disturbed during inlet cleaning or was it the entire engine stripped and rebuilt? If it was the full engine that was stripped the list could go on. And you can’t rule out that it is another fault not related to the cleaning.
