True hp of each RCZ Engine

Ive seen on youtube some videos of dyno tests, and stock RCZ thp 200, has 219.3 hp, as the video shows

So has the RCZ thp 156 stock also more hp than peugeot says?
because a stock citroen ds3 thp 156 also has more hp than those 156 listed, as the next video shows

What about the Hdi engine anyone knows?
and bout the torque?

remember dynos are hugely variable with 10% margins easily found in the "little" things like to much air in the tyres etc.

Only really good for Pub talk and taking a run before a remap and after.

would like to think that a 156 has about 150 bhp as that leaves scope for improvement.. however if it were more like 170+ then the 8.2 Seconds to sixty does seem sluggish :lol:

I agree with Figo. Dynos are pretty variable and I reckon if you took your car to half a dozen in a day you would get different results everywhere. Still, anything is possible and I would have rathered hear the sound of the RCZ spinning up instead of the music - although stage 1 then 2 of the spoiler was cool.

I do not know a lot about bhp and Dyno testing but i do know that the 220bhp Rcz that i took for a demo was "nippy" however only marginaly than my current Astra 140bhp sri, i put this down to the overall weight of the RZC compared to the Astra.
