Tour of Irland

Soon we wil go on vacation and with me I mean me, my RCZ and eeuuhhh oh yes my wife. This time we will make a "Tour of Irland". We will travel over 3000 km on the island and I will try to post every day some pictures and video's with mine RCZ as main stair.

Are there members here which are from Irland ?

I did that back in 2009. We had just wonderful times in Ireland. The whole trip was one big smile and we had only one, ONE rainy day over there. Enjoy the trip!

One place not to be missed and a very good road test for your RCZ . Drive along the Antrim coast road from Larne in Northern Ireland towards Torr Head the views and the scenery are to die for you will love it. Visit Portrush and
Portstewart seaside resorts plenty of good eating houses onroute.

PS don't forget Bushmills Distillery at Bushmills.

If I may recommend: do the drive along the N59 from Ballina to Galway. Got some potholes here and there (back in 2009) but the scenery is worth it.

I checked this strech of road as all ready on the menu. We are really doing a "complet lap" around the island.

Great pictures! Some of them look almost the same as mine from 2009 :greetings-wavingblue:
Is that first picture of the Torr Road, north of Cushendune, towards Ballycastle? Looks so familiar to me.

I love Ireland. I must return there soon.

The first pictures was taken on the R572 which is part of the Ring of Beara. It's a view on the bay of Bantry on the way to see Dursey Island. That day we went from Cork to Kemare.
