Blacked for privacy reasons. Once you have the license number it's just a call to the police and some social engineering to find out where a car lives, and when you see what happened to Grantp's RCZ I don't want to disclose this information to the general public.

Yeah best to always blank your plate out. Doesn't cost much at all in the uk to find out owners details.
So imagine some scum liking the look of your car online. He can then find out where it lives!

Oh right. I was just wondering as I have seen many cars in Switzerland without a plate on them and wondered if the plate was personal to the owner rather than the car.

I guess I could even drive without a plate now because the local police already knows "about that strange guy who makes photos at abandoned places after sunset"

You don't want to know just HOW often the police (or, when I'm looking for a more industrial background, the plant protective force and the likes) stops and asks what I'm doing and why, and how many horsepower "that black thing" has.

"Dear Group, my name is Tom and my car is an attention whore"

You can see their roof-light (or however those blue lights are called) through Batgirls window in this 100% crop.

I would wave them away, and after a minute or so they would come back from the other side and ruin my photos.
Bored security staff can really be annoying...
