Ok I know I dont get on here as often as I used to, and sometimes I'm a bit slow to catch on, but today when I logged in something didnt seem right , :eusa-think:

I've just noticed that RCZ1 is not "blue"
I've searched threads for info but cant find anything, so I messed with my screen thinking it's faulty, and even tried changing the font colour, but nope RCZ1 is not a "bluey" anymore.
So what have I missed, what is going on , when did RCZ1 change colour :?:

Re: Missing RCZ1

It appears that you have made the announcement. You are right. She is now a mere Senior member. Maybe she was not prepared to become pregnant

Yes. You have spilled the beans, as it is as big a surprise to me as it is to you. As she is away on holiday at the moment maybe she has decided that she is going to stay put in the beautiful surroundings that she finds herself.

It's really not my place to comment especially as I haven't spoken with her yet. However, until we hear more, I for one would like to thank Kerry for her tireless efforts on this forum. She has devoted a huge amount of time to this forum and has been absolutely vital to its growth and success. I cannot stress enough how much Kerry has done for this forum and for us members. She has been a mentor to me and given me so much advice and support on a great many things and I value her friendship dearly. Unusually for me, I don't know what else to say at this point.

Well you go off line for a few days and look what you find when you return ! ;)

Top marks to Jactac for being so eagle eyed  As a Moderator you are required to do so many things but getting pregnant was NOT an option!!! :wtf: That really is a step too far :)

On a serious note, as you are all now aware, I am no longer a Moderator on this great forum. After nearly 4 enjoyable years of being a Moderator I felt that the time had come to step down. I was finding it increasingly difficult to giveth my time as freely as I had done in the past due to changes in my personal life. I have offered my resignation on several occasions to Derek but he always managed to talk me round (smooth talker that he is :) ) This time, however, the decision is final.

I don't know what Derek's plans are for the forum. Whether he will be looking for a new Moderator, I don't know. Whatever the future holds, I'm sure the Forum will continue to prosper and flourish. It's full of great members (aside from some of the nut cases who come along from time to time and spoil it for the rest of us), many of whom I've had the pleasure of meeting at various Meets (the great members NOT the nut cases ;) )

I will continue to be active on the forum and will still run the monthly photo competitions and produce the yearly forum calendar, so you won't be getting rid of me that easily :)

Finally, I'd like to thank mrizzle and Abzynthe for being the best Mods that I have worked with during my 4 years. They never shirk their responsibilities and give so much of their time to the forum. Keep up the good work chaps

I think a few people on here recently might have made her think "is this really worth doing" :eusa-think:

I'm not so sure Snowy, I've had a couple of "debates" with RCZ1, and believe me her resolve is far far stronger than that.
I would imagine being a mod can take up a lot of precious family time.
Mrs H starts tapping her fingers if I come on here for more than half hour, so being a mod would need a very understanding other half, who appreciates cars and in particular our love of the Z.

Mrs H dont know or care about the differences between an horse cart and the Z, they both got wheels, and thats really about as far as it goes

Hahahahaha...Jen knows heaps of you by name too. She takes the Michael out of me for being a car geek but I remind her that it could be FAR worse. I think my Batman obsession troubles her more!! Anyway, I suspect that things might have to change when Junior arrives/is imminently due. Still that's months and months away yet so, for now, Abz and I will do our best to maintain service as normal...although RCZ1 has MASSOOOOOOOOOOOOF shoes (which we will struggle to fill)!!

I've seen many mods on many forums and have to say, Kerry, you've been a top drawer, first class example and will be a hard act for whoever succeeds you. Thanks for all your hard work in helping to build this community into such a pleasant place to visit.

What are the blues please?

They're moderators and the admin team wrapper. If you note the boxes below your username then you will see that members' boxes are yellow comparatively. Sponsors appear with green boxes.

On the desktop version of the site, technically everyone is blue. :p (Except admins and sponsors)

It's the colour of the boxes beneath the user name. Orange for members, Blue for moderators, Green for Site Sponsors
