Yeh nice job! do you know if they just removed the lion to do the front badge area or did they remove the whole fitting? I'm thinking of doing something similar.

Good to know about the parking sensors,, that was my biggest worry, i know that i'd retain the sterring controls,, was just the sensors that i wasn't sure of, cheers for that.
The lion definately came off the grill badge but not sure if the removed the whole badge from the front of the car,, i'll try and find out.

Badge looks good. I did the whole lot when I wrapped my old one.

Oh,, for my badge query, grille badge was left in place,, just the lion popped off to wrap the background then stuck back in place.

Ok,, another week another few mods,, very easy subtle little one first,, changed the standard back wheel nut covers with some cool blue ones,, cost next to nothing but just changes things that extra little bit.
Also got the double din installed although i lost sound on the parking sensors, but thanks to a very infirmative member of the forum here i now know i need and additional wiring module to get that back. All ordered on Ebay and as soon as it arrives it'll be installed asap,, its amazing how much i miss those annoying little beeps :)

Looking good. What size were those wheel nut covers by the way? I was going to get some but nobody seems to agree whether they should be 17mm, 19mm or 21mm size for the RCZ!

Thanks all,, not sure if the lion badge is clipped on or glued,, at a guess i'd say glued on now,, without removing the whole grille badge i'm not sure how else they would have got it off.
I can definately say the wheel nut covers are 17mm,, great fit over the top of the lugs,, even the one over the locking nut is nice and snug. They were cheap enough for me to buy 2 sets,, so i have a spare pack of 20 incase i ever lose any,, always fear the worst me ;-)

Haven't posted here for awhile but today i finally got my parking sensor beeps back, yay! After fitting my double din i'd lost these, was told i needed another wiring module to get the beeps back which i ordered from Ebay, had the head unit whipped out as soon as it arrived and,,,,,, it still didn't work :-( Bit of research later to find out i also needed another wiring module,, again ordered off Ebay,, finally came, had this installed and what do you know,, they're finally back! Although weirdlly they make a different beep now,, but at least they work. Next job getting the diffusers painted up and fitted between the exhausts ;-)

Well, still haven't got round to getting the diffusers fitted yet but the Z is booked into my local garage on Tuesday to be lowered by 20mm. Bought a set of H&R springs and gave in and bought a new third LED brake light as mine has a couple of LED's out and one that flickers,, didn't realise something i never see while driving would bug me so much. Any good feedback from any members who have their ride dropped,, will i notice much differance?? Cheers all ;-)

Something that I've been considering lowering the springs let us know how you get on and what if any difference it makes. What I would say though is the Z is a low car as standard I would be careful not to bump the front bumper into high curbs when parking if 20mm lower. :eusa-think:

Dont worry,, i try and steer clear of anything higher than a few microns :) As for kerbs,, i'd rather double park than go near one of those alloy scuffers ;-) I'll let you know if there's a noticeable differance.

I would love to do that, I think it will look so much better, I’m not sure how much better the handling can be?

The big problem is that I would not get my car back to my house, my estate is speed bump city, and some of them are actually like driving over kerbs. The grooves in the tarmac either side are testament of their height. So I am afraid that’s one mod I will not be trying.
