Tapatalk Problems

Hi One and All, Just wondering if anyone else out there is having issues with Tapatalk and the forum. For a week now it won't let me gain access, either logged in or as a guest, but I can still go into other forums. Is it possible that security has changed due to the spam issues? Keeps coming up with "Failed to connect to the forum, speak to your administrator if this problem persists.

Hi there Chuzz! I haven't actually had any problems with it. From time to time it does tell me that I am not authorised to log in but after a couple of goes it logs me in normally. I have had the issue that you mentioned in the last and I just deleted the app and reinstalled it and everything was fine again. Have you tried doing this?

Will give it a go Rizzo, hopefully I won't have to pay for the app again but not holding out much hope :eusa-whistle:

I have an iPhone and, having paid for it from the iTunes Store, didn't have to pay for it again. If you have an iPhone then I know that you won't be billed a second time. However, I'm not sure if this holds true on android/other devices. It blooming should be the case though!! Let me know how you get on!

Just as you said ma man ;) deleted app, reinstalled straight away and bazzinga........ job done. I'm android and didn't have to pay again either so all's good in Chuzzbutt's hood :lol:

I had the same message as you at the end of last week. I just logged In again and I've not had any problems since. Glad you are sorted now.
