Surprise running costs?

Hi all
Considering buying an RCZ in the next few months, probably July
Seen a few on the motorway last year and thought "  I must have one!", honestly thought it would be way out of my buying power but the diesels are going for around 10k with very little over 30,000 miles clocked up!
Spotted a few on autotrader and such in the dark grey/charcoal with the white leather interior and I can't think of a car I want more!

However, are there any surprise running costs that might pop up that anyone has encountered? With it being Peugeot I don't think parts would be too expensive but better knowing which parts go quickly as they all add up. Last car I bought was a 407, and the ABS, fuel additive and climate control went off in one go shortly after buying!
Nothing worse than the week I spent with the drivers side stuck on ice cold for an hour to and from work when it was snowing outside :(

So basically - how expensive is it to keep long term? Other than tyres which I know are mad expensive for the 19" is there any other big bugs?

Cheers

Well running cost are all individual, depends on how hard you press accelerator and brakes, same with any vehicle.
I have a diesel 22 months old from new. Averaging over 55 mpg only done just over 15k. Still got 5-6mm tread left.
The diesels have less go wrong, but general car issues may still be the same as others rcz's.
But you still will get a smile every time you look at or drive your rcz.
Cost wise I've had 1 service so far at £110, and I've filled up 25 times average cost £1.33 per litre (£1700 on fuel) that's it for 22 months of ownership.

I had my HDi for 4 years.
Running costs were very reasonable i.e. fuel / service / etc.

Major cost as you've already flagged up is Tyres.
Went through a front set every year, with the rears every 2 years.

This was the main reason I decided to sell in the end.
