I have used Total Ineo Quartz 9000 5w.30 in my z for over 6yrs never had any issues but its changed every 3.500 Klm using any type of thicker oils might mean your increasing the threat of carbon build up on the valves etc which is the modern curse of direct injection engines

Mine is a 200 sport & yep the 5w30 semi synthetic oil is out at 3500 Klm & it drops out faster than a dog can piss indicating its weakened through heavy usage also It has had the chain replaced the head off for full refurb for Carbon build up clean out & new valve seals etc
Anti freeze is not long life mine has pink fluid & been changed 3 times in just over 6 yrs as for the G/Box oil I used Totalenergies -Traxium gear8 75w- 80 & I would advise you put in cold start protection when replacing the oil
