The arches look fantastic. I assume he did the grille too? Not sure about door mirrors though. Look a tad odd with the white inner rim.. Unlike Rizz I don't get the title of the thread, but apparently it's clever :helpme:

The Sugarhill Gang were one of the founding fathers of rap Ron. Rap...wrap...a clever pun linked to the origins of rap. That's pretty good in my book. :thumbup:

The grille is as it was from new, it's what made us choose a gloss vinyl for the arches.

The mirrors were done as an aside.....We both thought that leaving the rims white would be kinda cool. I like the overall look of it.

Feels a bit like a new car! Hoping to get a slight tint to the windows done this week too.

My friend works for a digital signage company, and has recently been on a course to learn wrap techniques. They are about to wrap all the check in booths at EuroTunnel both sides of the Channel. they also offer a car wrapping service. this little project was practice..

I believe the vinyl was from 3M, he used alcohol to clean everything, and a hot air gun with many types of scrapers, moulders and scalpels.

It took him 4 hours actually.

As for the pun.....thanks for catching that one, wondered if it would be understood, but after several large drinks last night I thought it might be fun..... :beer:

Love the look, glad Ron asked about the clever title as I was wondering.

I like the white rims on the mirrors and think the black arches really suit the 'classic' model. Peugeot should take note and make gloss black arches an option. I think I am right that they currently only offer matt?
