Stereo Issue RCZ RT6 (CD eject sound)

Hey Guys,

First post here!

I tested swapping out my stereo for an after market head unit. However after I did this, it caused some check engine lights, and I lost some functionality.

I tried to reconnect the factory stereo however it is making a cd eject noise every 10 seconds and wont do anything.

I have tried a BSI reset, and still nothing.

Does anyone know what this is? I have tried taking it to auto electricians with no luck.

Any help is appreciated!

Yes mate, same thing happened to mine, loss of some functions and miles changed to kms. Ejection noise every 10 seconds or so, the head unit needs repairing, common issue apparently, I sent mine off for repair, hope that helps
