Mk1 hdi and touch wood a good car
Been quoted £175 for a remap .
Is that a fair price ?
Also who’s running a stage one and would you say to run on super diesel or standard is fine ?

Sounds a good price and yes best run Hdi on super diesel help with so many things dpf etc.. Very noticeable difference when remap is done

£175 is a good price but you might want to compare with Celtic Tuning's results, which are the best I've found for £200 on a dyno. That price is just till Xmas though
