I know this has been spoken about, but could someone please run through the operating stages .
I was under the impression that the spoiler automatically operated too stage 1 @ 55mph then, stage 2 @ 92 mph , however whilst doing slightly over stage 2 today the spoiler did not operate too stage 2, and it cannot be seen @ stage 1.

I also noticed the other day when another RCZ passed me, doing well under 55mph that its spoiler activated exactly as it was going passed, too stage 1, but it was only doing around 40mph ?

How does a dealer test the spoiler ? would they need to send a mechanic out on the road doing these speeds ? I assume not all dealers have a rolling road facility.

i think stage 2 is about 96 mph from what i remember.

as for stage 1, it comes up at around 55 mph and then will not go down until you slow to below 30 something.

not certain but i'm sure it says it in the handbook

spoiler can bee activated to stage 2 at any speed manualy and can bee seen in rear mirror.
stage 1 cannot bee viewed from mirror but a rear passenger could see it.

Maybe i was just below the stage 2 activation speed, gonna have to go out and try again :lol:

so if you hit stage 2 (96mph) then slow down, at what speed does it drop from stage 2 too stage 1 ?

Spoiler rises from closed to stage 1 at 50MPH , it then closes only when the car goes below 35mph.

Rises to stage 2 @ 95mph and closes back to stage 1 as the car falls below 90mph.
