Spinning Sound on Startup

Hi,

I have a 1.6THP 2013 and I have notices recently that on start up there is a spinning noise...not sure if grinding is the word but like the sound of a sythe. It then slowly dies away.

I notice that it also reappears sometimes when driving and increases and decreases in speed with frequency.

Any ideas?


Any help really appreciated as I have had it in the garage and they found nothing wrong.
