There should be a compressor in the boot under the carpet, which has a bottle of sealant inside it. You can use the compressor just to inflate, or by turning the switch, to seal and then inflate a punctured tyre. Further bottles of sealant can be purchased if you use the one which should be included.

You don't, however get a Jack or Wheelbrace, this may be because the sills are made of tissue paper, and wheel changes have to be completed during levitation by a qualified magician.

If your compressor is missing - see the people who sold you the car, it should be there.

Enjoy

Have a search on here and you'll find acres of info relating to the same problem that we all face. Some members have bought full size spares with a tyre and when it's deflated it will fit in the wheel well, some have bought peugeot space savers and put those in the wheel well. Me, I didn't bother. I owned a TT for 3 years and likewise no spare wheel but I never got a flat. At the moment I have a spare tyre that I acquired and if I take the car on long trips I throw it in the boot. That canister of gunk is really only a 3am in the morning job when you're really stuck. Nearly every article I've read about them suggests that they destroy a tyre after it's been used, which means a new tyre will almost certainly be needed.

So, if it happens to me I just call a tow truck, get towed to a tyre centre and get them to change the tyre. I've had my Z 18 months now and so far so good. Just don't skimp on cheap tyres!!!

Don't use the tyreweld inflation/ sealer can if that's in your boot. Better remedy in case of puncture is SLIME, a green sealer in a squeezy bottle, Just install this through your tyre valve ( core remover in cap), use compressor in boot to inflate. This can be washed out at the tyre shop, does no damage. As used by breakdown services,
