some issues

I have my RCZ 1.6 200HP for 6500 Km

I want to share this with you, so you can check if have similar problems and might get similar solutions by your dealers. And also the unsolved issues I will be very glad if someone knows what can it be and/or how to solve it.

I went to the Dealer with some issues that are:
Solved:
-Water inside left fog light. Dealer said it will be changed for a new one
-Spoiler making sounds when coming up and down. Dealer greased the spoiler joints and doesn't make noise anymore
-Car stereo some times goes off by itself and I have to wait over a minute to turn it back on. Dealer said they reprogramed and should not do this anymore
-Brakes making noises when braking. Dealer said they cleaned the disc with special product and doesn't make sounds anymore.
- When accelerating to red line :D appears a warning of overheating. Dealer said it was low on coolant so they added more coolant and should not make this anymore

Still checking

- Mirrors make a little crack sound when folding. Dealer said it will check it and if applies will change it for new ones, or find a solution.
- Air and odors from outside gets into the car by the vents of the air conditioner or fan. It doesn't matter if you activate the recirculate button, air can get inside even if the fan or air conditioner is off. Dealer doesn't know why this happens, they could not give solution and I was told they will investigate with other Dealers and find a solution since my car is the only RCZ they have ever received they dont know this issue. They promised to have an answer for next week.

and finally some things that I dont know if it is normal or not:
- when accelerating hard from stop on wet floor traction control goes on, but you can hear the tires or something hitting the chassis or body or something. This sound scared me first time it happened , now I am careful of hard accelerating when floor is wet.
- bluetooth paired with my iPhone 4S can not hang up the call with the button behind the steering wheel, I only can answer the call but not hang up :S

thanks

Regards to your Bluetooth problem, I have found with my 4s iPhone that it doesn't always end the call when you press and hold the button on the end of the stalk. You have to either press and hold it for longer than normal or repeatedly press it, until about the 3rd time it allows you to end the call.

Regarding the air / smells from outside the car, have you got your air circulation set correctly.?

Hope you get your problems resolved soon.

Don't worry it's absolutly normal sound when traction control go to work ;) Traction tried to hold wheels as road was wet and some of your wheel began to slip on hard aceration.

for the air and odors you can change the pollen filter from the white one to the black charcoal filter.it's more expensive but does a better job.
