Small bump on dash

There's a small bump on my dash by the passenger airbag the size of a ten pence, I spoke to my dealer about it and they photogarfed it and sent it to Peugeot, later that day Peugeot told them to replace the whole dash. Has anyone els got a mark on there dash?

mmm not that I've noticed, but I do have a huge indentation on my RHS arm rest in teh door panel and its not where my elbow sits
but I've ignored it
