Side light bulb

Not sure if this has been posted before.

My drivers side side light is out ...anyone tell me how
to remove the bulb looks very tricky

Depends which model Z you have. If it’s a Mk II the side light bulbs are redundant (they are not connected).
The LED DRL’s dim on selection of side light and effectively take their place. (They also dim when the headlights are on).
The side light bulbs are still fitted (not sure why - maybe just so you don’t see an empty socket) but they don’t work.

I can’t comment on Mk I Z’s cos I don’t know how they differ, but I bet there’s someone on here that does :eusa-think: :D

Thanks for reply. my car is a 12plate...the DRL bulb is in the headlight

but not sure how to remove it...the fitment looks tricky..do i just twist and turn it?

I'm a girl owner by the way hahahahh.
