Even though I had stated that the parts where not required they changed them anyway to keep it in warranty as it was stated by peugeot to be changed, didn't charge me any extra.

As I have already posted on this topic before when I was quoted a price of £375 for my RCZ 200.
I have only done 6,000 miles in a just over a year and a half, and I was quoted the same price,
I told the dealer I did not expect the air filters and plugs would warrant changing at that kind of mileage, as usual I had all the warranty speech, but I stood firm and told them if the filters were dirty and the plugs were burnt out then I would be happy to have them replaced,
In the end they agreed it was common sense not to replace the filters and plugs at this stage, they did check them and reported they were like new !
So I came away with an oil change and a windscreen washer top up which I laughed about !
But it just goes to show, if you haven't got your wits about you, the dealer will think nothing of going by the book and replacing everything on a check list that states must be changed, regardless of how new or clean it looks.
I'm sure the mechanic, oh sorry technician as they are called ! has a good laugh when the change something which perhaps they feel doesn't need replacing, But I guess that's how the dealer makes his money.

So if you go on one of the service plans for say £13.99 per month, what does that include?
