Hello
As my dealer is absolutely useless I wanted to pick your brains. I bought my RCZ on July 12 2013, brand new. However the car's service counter is now telling me it is past its service interval at only 10 months and 9000 miles. So I phoned the dealer to ask why and if it needs servicing, to which they responded that they don't know without looking at it. As the dealer is 30 miles away and it took them 5 months to authorise a warranty repair (but still havent fitted the part) I really cant be bothered to waste my time.
My question is will going over the service interval according to the cars counter invalidate my warranty? Despite it not been a year old or done the required mileage? I assume the car was sat in stock for 2 months before sale and that is why it has been counting down since May. Although this wasn't explained to me.
