Half time and a good chance to say Hello ....
So my MG ZT failed it's MOT and had a brake pipe burst under testing ...went to my local garage yeaterday to look at a cheap runabout and ended up getting seduced by an RZC 1.6 THP Magnetic
Wife not best pleased ....but it's now sitting on my drive as of today ....not sure what the MG will think when it returns .....
Any early advice in looking after this rare beauty will be much appreciated

Hi there and welcome to the forum one of the main pages things is keeping the oil topped up as the THP engine uses a little all nothing to worry about as long as it's checked regularly...
Post some photos of your RCZ for us all to see..

Hi and welcome, 7 years ago I traded my MG ZT in for my RCZ and haven’t looked back since your going to love your new ca, I loved my MG and if not for the lure of the RCZ I would still have it it were a superb car and I had it over 10 years in the best colour too Tahiti blue.
Try and post some photos of both your cars

Thankyou for the welcome guys ....just picked up the MG from garage ...£800 just to get a ticket not including advisories .....guess I'll see what I can get for it
My head's definitely been turned now ....love my RCZ ....first run to work today but been told I'm having a mid life crisis by my colleagues .....I'm well passed that !

A lot of love for MG's here today. My previous car was an MG as well - an MG ZR 160 in Ignition Blue (now that was the best colour! ) Great car and it was one of the last ones made before they went bust...

The blue was a stand out colour ....loved it ....but could never bring myself to buy one being a Liverpool fan

£800 that’s what I got in p/x for the Z it were stood on tyres that cost more than that and she were mint as well 2.5L beautiful engine you could cruise at 130 and could hardly hear the engine. If I had got room I would have kept that car

Feeling your pain right now ...... The cars only done 80k and the engine is great ( although thirsty !) and I know I won't get anywhere near what its worth to me but can't afford to leave it standing .....

I've had the Mid Life Crisis gibe, albeit usually with varying degrees of humour.
I usually say: "You should Google the other symptoms!"

Inherited the only blue car I ever owned - a Citroen C3 automatic. But was Tuscan Blue, not Everton Blue!
I put a Colchester United sticker in it, having been a regular there, in my long lost youth...

Love that ... I thought the MG was black when I brought it but the wife said it looked blue in the light , I got a sweat on..... but it turned out to be anthracite #YNWA
