Scam or Real ?

Now whilst looking for something else and for those of you who read the forum, when you see the search term you'll know what.... I came across this site.

But from what I've heard parts for the R and especially discs etc are "an arm and a leg", so is what I'm seeing here real or is this site a scam ???

Double question has anyone managed to get hold of service repair manuals for the Z ?? I see haynes don't do one and apart from this site -

Had a quick look on that site Mick and all the brake parts are for the rear brakes which are common to all the Zs including the R so prices are comparable to others. They must have one of the dearest oil filters available a misprint I think? :lol:
