Rczperformance.com. Steven will help you out. I got it off from him and ship it out all the way to Malaysia. Heavy import tax in MY tho... But worthwhile... Mine is frm downpipe till back exhaust. However I get the bottom valance too... Just incase I wanna revert back to stock. Quality n response is damn good...

Thanks for the info. But I thinking of also changing the Cat. The only thing I'm afraid for is that it will be to loud.
Rüffer claims it's E-aprouved but and that the Db increase is only 5DB, but on You Tube it sound much louder.

:D

Well at normal speed is fine till when u sped up.. I guess manual has better advantage in sound. For ruff cat, u need to remap ecu, so I heard, and since my country doesn't have ruff supporting, I'm getting bastuck.

Under 4000 the sound is not much louder and when you floor it's still not over the top.

So for me it's was ok and I have made an appointment for the 22th of this mounth.

I have ordered the complet exhaust including sport cat :twisted: :mrgreen:

Great choice I think, and ofcourse the sport cat :thumbup: . I'm playing with the same thought but have not dicided yet.
Do you know if you have to remap the ecu also to make use of any performance boost you could get from this upgrade?
Is this the same if your car already has a 'stage 1' ecu remap?

Let us know how well your car drives afterwards!

Replacing the exhaust does not require any changes to the mapping except when you do use Ruffer's sport catalyst. If you use Ruffer's cat you will need to get your ECU modified (contact us for more information). Alternatively we sell the Bastuck hi-flow catalyst. Of course we recommend remapping the car after the exhaust system is installed to take advantage of its full capabilities.

You don't need a remap with the Bastuck cat ?

I ordered the 200cpsi and not the 100 cpsi cat from Rüffer and they told me you only need a remap for the 100 cpsi cat. The 200 cpsi cat e'ven has a E-aprouval they say.

http://www.rueffer-shop.de/Herstell...toren/Rennsportkatalysator-Peugeot::4621.html

Not necessary for the Bastuck one as it is a direct replacement with high-flow capabilities.

Remember you can always order things through us and if we do not have what you are looking for, just ask either on our site or Facebook page.

Every body is buying there cat's (Super Sprint, Ruffer, Bastuck, etc) from HSJ in Germany. Normally with a 200 cpsi cat you should not need a remap

The THP200, and even the 156 is very fussy when you start messing with the cats. I am still to hear from a local company that can do the DP with catfooler or sportscat that does not result in CEL.

If you need to remap anyways, I would just remove the cats completely and let the tune sort out CELs.

We have a cat bypass pipe for those that want to do this and a good tuner can eliminate the CELs ;) Keep us posted on the progress.

I have a few questions.

Whhat do you mean with a "fussy feeling" ?

What is a "CEL" ?

Whydon't I need a remap with a Bastuck Cat ? Bastuck and Ruffer use the same cat from HJS.

What's a cat bypass ?

Not sure where you got "fussy feeling" from, so I am not able to answer this one.

CEL = Check Engine Light

The Bastuck Cat is a direct replacement with better flow. It does not eliminate the O2 sensors or cause any CEL's to occur. There are different levels of high-flow cat's but the Bastuck one is not a heavily modified unit that requires a remap. However with that said, a remap will always help any car even with no modifications.

A cat bypass pipe is one that eliminates the cat altogether. Not legal in all countries and will require ECU work and a remap:
