Roof arches lifting at rear

I washed my car at the weekend and noticed that both of my roof arches have lifted away from the bodywork at the rear. The nearside has lifted by approximately 5mm and the offside by approximately 3mm. The rubber seal is still attached to the underside of both arches, but it seems strange that they have both lifted. Has anyone else seen this on their RCZ?
