Rocker Cover Removal

Hi,

I've given up with garages being incompotent and mobile mechanics not bothering to answer their phones so I'm trying to remove my own rocker cover.

I'm stuck at trying to move the pipe on the left of the engine. There is a bolt that I can't easily get to and wondered if anyone has an easy tip on how to either get the pipe removed or some sort of low profile socket and rachet to get at the bolt.

I removed the bolt, very, very slowly with a spanner.
