Removing Cargo net holders

Does anyone know how I can remove the cargo net holders from the rear end of boot ? I need to take the plastic lining off and I think I have to remove them first but don't want to bust anything trying to prise them off.

Undo the screw it's a torx bit I think a T20.
From memory I think you pull the lug down to lock it then you can see the screw head.
