Rear window tinter in Essex

Hi all,
I'm new to the forum and new to owning a RCZ. I have 2.0 GT and so far so good.
I've been looking on the forum for the last few days and there seems to be some nice RCZ's on here with some good mods.
Although I'm not really into many mods and im getting on a bit lol,
I'm looking for someone who can tint my rear screen in or around the Essex area.
I've done the 2 quarter windows but the rear screen is too complicated.
I've tried about 6 tinting companies in Essex but no one has done the rear window or are they wanting to try to do it.
Is there anyone on the forum that has had it done around the Essex area or near to the borders that they can recommend.

I know someone on here has had it done, so I know it's possible, but I think I remember it was one of our European members, and they said it took them 3 or 4 attempts to get it right.

Memory is not what it was, so I'm probably wrong about where they were."...

I had a tinter do my rear quarter wins and he said he was up for the challenge but failed. Mega hard to do in one piece as it only shrinks and stretches so far. He tried in 2 pieces and again very difficult as it would mean trying to line up cuts horizontally along the ariel/heater lines. Only other option was 4 pieces again extremely difficult. After 2 hrs and lots of wasted tint we sacked it lol

In theory it doesnt sound too difficult to me. Why cant they cut it to shape on the outside, then stick it inside and squeegy it. Exactly like every other window.

Not far from Wickford, I will need to call them first, to see if its ok to give out there phone number.
Also to see if they want to do another one, they are very busy give me a couple of days to sort out.

Phantom tints in Dartford (well Swancombe) did mine. £30 and did a fantastic job on the rear 1/4's. Best £30 I spent on my RCZ.

I'm a bit confused. I thought the rear screen and rear quarter windows are already tinted as standard on the RCZ. Mine certainly look tinted compared with the door windows and windscreen.

The back window is already factory tinted within the glass, the back two quarter panels are clear but like the side windows do have a slight and we mean a slight tint on them to aid in sun blocking.

The rear windows do have a tint but was wanting limousine black on the rear screen and side quarters.
I did the side quarters but as of yet I've still not got the rear screen done due to work commitments and fitting it in with the tinted that was passed on to me.
dand87, have you had your rear screen done or just the side quarters
