Yep - all the time and yes I have some but waiting for it to stop to apply it. It does run off OK with speed but it would be nice to clear it when just moving off.

Also watch out for water running into the boot when you lift the boot lid, I just open it about a 1/4 of the way to let it run off

It's a treatment you can apply to the glass. It repels water. Very effective.

You can get it from Halfords, in fact they have just brought a new one out which is a cleaner and contains Rain x as well, just given it a try see how it works next week.
Here's a link to their site. http://www.rainx.co.uk/

Even better is Permaclear's Stayclean windscreen coating system. It has the added benefit of being simply added to your washer bottle - so every time you squeeze the wash/wipe it adds more protection. http://www.permaclear-carcare.co.uk/windscreen-stayclean.html
For the other windows, there is a trigger spray version http://www.permaclear-carcare.co.uk/clean-and-coat.html

These guys have a real good offer on at the mo - for the entire set http://www.pitchwell.com/Shop/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=0&idproduct=370

I've been using the trigger stuff for years and never had an issue. The windscreen one is a new product and it's just as good but more convenient. At speed, you don't even need your wipers. I'm guessing on the RCZ they'll be these manufacturer-only ones that cost a fortune. So anything that makes your wipers last longer until decent third party aftermarket ones comes along is a good thing.

i have driven the car in the rain its not to bad i have used lots of the water repeller like rain x / permaclear/rain away/ rain racer they do work only thing is you have to treat about every 2 to 3 months it also helps a bit in the winter with ice as it make it a bit harded to stick .

I love seeing the effect at speed in the rain, without the wipers on!

Reminds me of the Millenium Falcon making the jump to lightspeed.

Ok....I'll get my coat
