Only when the car is stopped and radio off.
Closing spoiler is a bit more loud.

You can hear it when you raise it to clean underneath it when washing the car given the engine noise being fed into the cabin as the turbo winds up (as discussed in various other threads) then I don't think there much chance you would hear it when driving :eusa-think:

The only time ive ever heard it is when I have lowered it when stationary.
