Rear spoiler

Hello, i think i'm correct in saying the rear spoiler stage one pops up at 52mph and then fully at 96mph (of which i have not seen yet) my question is that during its first phase are you able to see the raised spoiler from looking out of the rear view mirror to check it has raised? The spoiler works manually from the switch ok but other than someone driving behind to confirm it works, how would you know? Thanks

I've never been able to see stage 1 from within the car.

You can't see stage 1 spoiler from inside the car.

No, but you can see stage 2, to try it put it up manually before you start driving then you can look without any danger to yourself or others.

What you need to do is drive along a road where the sun is hitting you directly on the LHS (passenger side) then if you look to the right through the drivers window you should see your shadow on the opposite verge, spoiler up! :thumbup:

Or carry an obliging passenger who will take off their belt for 10 seconds to check??!!
