Rear spoiler

Hi all
In the settings can I stop the spoiler from going up and down.
Don't see mine going up and down I think the speed is 60 it should go up what I can see.
Goes up when I switch inside the car.

It raises to Stage 1 at 55mph and Stage 2 at around 90mph (I know! lol) but you can't see Stage 1 from the drivers seat so you think it's not working.
