Rear seat base

Hi all I'm trying to run cables from stereo ( phono leads reversing camera speaker leads etc ) under the back seat
I've run cables under the carpet by taking the passenger seat out but can't get the rear seat base to lift
Are there hidden bolts or screws or a certain way of getting it out ?

Just seen this post, but as far as I can gather they are no different to the back seats in the 308cc and 307cc.
they need a lot of strength and have two clips / bracket type connectors at each side. Interested to know do they have a hidden sub-amp hidden under the back seat back for the JBL system?

I found nothing under mine. I'm sure the amp is in parceled in with the rhs rear light cluster.
I have the JBL upgrade, and I don't think there's a subwoofer (not one I can pin down by sound anyway), just component speakers.

Brut strength and a ungainly position got them up
As a help put both hands either side of the part of the seat where your crotch would be and pull upwards while pushing your knees into the base pushing slightly backwards
Be handy if your under 5 feet tall or suffer a back ache for a few days !!
